Snow Crab Dip

Snow Crab Dip

I needed to make a fresh appetizer for my holiday parties. I came up with this fast and tasty recipe. Make this seafood dip. You can spread it on crostini bread or use your favorite crackers. You can use white crab in a can or some lump crab, which ever you prefer. Enjoy!

 

 

Ingredients

 

  • 1 – 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 12 ounces white crab meat, drained
  • crackers for serving

 

Directions

 

In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, onion, garlic powder, and seasoned salt. Fold in parsley and crab meat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

This dip can be served hot or cold. For a cold dip, refrigerate until it stiffens, a couple of hours. For a warm dip, place in an oven-safe dish and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and heated through.

Serve with the crackers.
